Position: Bodyshop Paint Technician

Location: Lincoln LN6 3DH

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. (No Saturday working)

Salary: £37,000 to £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Holiday Entitlement: 33 days including bank and statutory holidays

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Paint Technician in our Bodyshop, you will play a crucial role in repairing modern motor vehicles to a high standard. You should be proficient in painting with water-based products. Working under your own supervision, you will follow repair methods to ensure efficient and accurate repair work, adhering to our "repair over replace" mentality where it is safe and feasible.

Key Duties:

Perform high-quality spray painting on various models of vehicles, including cars, vans, and motor homes.
Prepare, paint and polish your own work to the highest standards.
Handle insurance accident-damaged vehicles, as well as general public vehicles when required.
Work in compliance with safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organised work area.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Painter in a similar Bodyshop environment.
Strong ability to read and follow repair methods accurately.
Knowledge of working with different vehicle models is an advantage.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality repairs.
Self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision.
