Our new autocentre will provide comprehensive tyre and autocare services, maintaining the high standards associated with both Dack and HiQ.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Autocentre Manager to lead our new site in Lincoln. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the setup, opening, and management of a state-of-the-art autocentre, featuring four service ramps and an MOT bay. As part of the HiQ network, you'll benefit from a strong support system and a well-recognised brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the autocentre.
• Manage and motivate a small team to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service, maintaining the high standards associated with the HiQ brand.
• Assist with 'on the tools' support as needed, especially during the initial stages and as the business grows.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.
• Drive sales and profitability by implementing effective business strategies.
• Coordinate with the HiQ head office for support and guidance.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the automotive or autocare industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and inspire a team.
• Excellent customer service skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Good organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Technical knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance is advantageous.
