Here at Dack we have embraced the electric vehicle technology. We have Level 4 Trained technicians and some of our team personally drive EV's too!

What is checked during a Tesla Service?

When your Tesla is brought into our Lincoln branch for a service, we will check all of the usual aspects you’d expect on a conventional vehicle, such as the lights, brakes and tyre condition. It is important that areas such as the battery, tyres, brake pads & discs, micro filters and fluids are checked reguarly, maintained or replaced as per the Tesla schedules.

For all brands that we specialise in (Tesla being one of those!), we always ensure that we follow the service and repair guidlines as set out from the Manufacturer. More information can be found by clicking this link through to the Tesla page.

From brakes to batteries, we have the knowledge, experience and equipment to assist you. Service and maintenance repairs can be discussed and booked with our service advisors. For more complex concers, you are welcome to speak to our EV Tech, Jez Dack, so that we can ensure we fully understand the symptoms and concerns you have with your Tesla.

We pride ourselves in being able to carry out a thorough diagnosis and where possible, we will present repair options rather than the dealer approach of replacing everything.
