Servicing to Manufacturer Specification

Most BMW's now have what is called a BMW Condition Based Service. This is where the car will let you know when a service is due. There are a variety of different BMW service icons that may appear. Further down the page, you can see what each icon means. 

If you're unsure on which BMW service is required, you can pop into us and we can read the service data that is stored on your key. We can then print a report that will show the items due now and also when other items are due. 

We always adhere to the BMW service itinerary and use genuine quality parts and lubricants. This means that we can also service your BMW without affecting the warranty. 

How Do I Book My BMW Service?

If your service is due, we have a simple to use online booking system which can be used 24hrs a day, 7 days a week. Simply input your registration number, choose your location and follow the online booking procedure to book your vehicle in.

Can I get a Courtesy car?

Yes. We have courtesy cars available to minimise the interruption to your day. Contactless Key Drop Off/ Collection Lockers are also available.

BMW Service Icons 

	This icon means that your BMW is due an oil and filter replacement.		This icon is for the micro filter (pollen filter) - advised to be replaced with every oil service. (Not all BMW's will display this icon)
	Your front brake pads are wearing low, the brake discs will be checked at same time and may need replacing.		Your BMW may not have this icon, however spark plugs are due on every second oil service. (Petrol engines only)
	Your rear brake pads are wearing low,  the brake discs will be checked at same time and may need replacing.		Your Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) may be blocked require inspection and diagnostic tests.
	A brake fluid replacement is required. (Brake fluid absorbs moisture over time and is recommended every 2 years)		The MOT on your BMW is due.
	Your BMW is due a Vehicle Check Service. This thorough inspection covers a wide variety of elements to help ensure your BMW remains safe and perform at its optimum. This symbol may also appear for other vehicle defects that require attention.
